Ownership- Mrs. Rachel Cruikshank whose address is Deerfield, RFD No. 2 and contains one hundred and twenty-four acres.

Market- Utica, N.Y.
soil products- hay, oats,corn,and potatoes. fruit culture-apples, pears, and cherries
Cheif industry- a dairy of twenty cows, the products of which are delivered to to a nearby creamery.
Divison of the farms's earning capacity is as follows- twenty= five acres of meadow, ninety-one  of pasture: three in soil products and five acres in its timber lot containing mostly maple, beech, hemlock
Water supply= from springs and brooklets which furnish an abundance for fields and stock, and buildings.

Building improvements- a well appointed residence: two stock barns 26x26 and 26x36 respectively, and a horse barn 20x26
Topography- somewhat hilly, with a northern exposure. Is about 1200 feet above sea level.
