Letter sent from Bev Ramsey to Diane Rice with the following info. in 1998.
Dear Diane,
I have no further use of this so have
at it. Don't know if Elizabeth still has the Bible or if she even
remembers having it. It has all been up dated in Brent's book.
The DAR is supposed to be more helpful
today. Maybe they can help you locate books on Rev. War Soldiers.
Write to Genealogical Society in towns or states, and county courthouses.
I can't tell you how many cemetaries I've searched - now many of them have
come up with records. I've been attacked by bees, shot at, and one
time fell thru a grave. Too old for that now.
Good Luck.
