Carmichael Family Cemetery, Town of Western Oneida County New York

Carmichael Family Cemetery

The cemetery has not been maintained but most of the stones were in fairly
good condition. A wide stone wall once surrounded this cemetery but it is now
knocked down in several places. This cemetery was copied by Kathleen Last
and Virginia Ackerman on December 3, 1999.

Carmichael, Asahel died Dec. 12, 1867 age 73 yrs 4 mos 9 dys
Carmichael, Mrs. Sarah (Olney), wife of Asahel Carmichael & dau of Wm. Olney Esq. of Western, died July 31, 1857 in the 65th year of her age.
Carmichael, Henry, son of Asahel & Sarah Carmichael, died Jan. 26, 1829 age 1 yr 6 mos 27 dys
Carmichael, Harriet, dau of Asahel & Sarah Carmichael, died Feb. 2, 1853 age 28 yrs 4 mos
Carmichael, John died Nov. 9, 1814 in the 45th year of his age
Carmichael, Sally, wife of John Carmichael, died Apr. 20, 1822 in the 45th year of her age

Mills, Caleb P. died Oct. 8, 1824 in the 24th year of his age

Sibley, Elisha died Nov. 11, 1829 in the 32nd year of his age

Utley, Eliza (Carmichael), dau of Asahel & Sarah Carmichael & wife of Henry T. Utley, died May 5, 1852 age 31 yrs 1 mo 21 dys
