This indenture made the first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six, between Joseph Winter of the city of New York , Counsellor at Law and Mary, his wife of the first part, and Isaac Wheeler of Deerfield in the county of Oneida and State of New York Yeoman of the second part, …..(Party of the first part sold to party of 2nd part for $825. that part of Lot #2 in Cosby’s manor, lying on the north side of the road leading from Utica to Rome, … in total 70 acres. This Indenture made the eighth day
of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen
between Philip Cady of the town of Camden, County of Oneida & state
of New York of the first part and Isaac Wheeler late of the town of Derham,
county of Green & State of New York of the second part.
(Party of 1st part sold to party of 2nd part for $240.00 land in the west
part of town #8 in Scriba’s Patent, surveyed by Benjamin Wright in 1797,
as part of lot #22; 30 acres to be taken off the west end of 50 acres which
are to be taken off next adjoining to 50 acres conveyed to David Cady on
Oct. 23,1815 and being bounded south by David Cady, east by James Barrow,
north by Jane Cady & west by part of lot #22.

This indenture made the eighth day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen
between Jane Cady of town of Camden & County of Oneida & State
of New York of the first part and Isaac Wheeler late of the town of Derham
County of Greene & State of New York of the second part.
(Jane Cady sold to Isaac Wheeler for $432.00 land in the west half of town
#8 in Scriba’s Patent in Oneida Co., NY, all lot #22 except 100 acres to
be taken off the south end of lot #22 which is reserved to be taken taken
off in a line parallel to the south line of said lot containing after
deducting the 100 acres 54 acres.

This indenture made Dec. 8 1817 between
David Cady & Margery, his wife of Camden, Oneida, NY of the first part
and Isaac Wheeler, late of the town of Derham County of Green & State
aforesaid, of the second part. (Cadys sold to Isaac Wheeler for $700.00,
land in the west part of town #8 in Scriba’s Patent in Oneida Co., NY,
in lot #22, 50 acres to be taken off by a parallel line with south line
of this lot.

This Indenture, made the tenth day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen between
Philip Cady of the town of Camden County of Oneida and State of New York
of the first part, and Isaac Wheeler late of the town of Durham,
County of Green and State aforesaid of the second part, ….(The party
of the first part for the sum of $160.00 sold to the party of the 2nd part,
that part of lot #22 in the west half of town number eight in Scriba’s
Patent , Oneida Co., State of NY, 20 acres to be taken off on the east
side of 50 acres and which said 50 acres to be taken off on the north side
of 50 acres conveyed to David Cady on the 23rd day of October, 1815 by
George Scriba, and more particularly mentioned in a conveyance of said
20 acres by George Scriba to James Barrow on Aug. 1, 1816)
James Sherman, Master in Chancery for
State of NY, certified that Phillip Cady and his witness, Asa L. Smith
came before him to verify the above on Dec. 10, 1817.
For some reason this was not recorded

This indenture made the 11th day of
February in the year of our Lord 1820 Between Isaac Wheeler
of the town of Deerfield in the County of Oneida and State of New York
and Margaret Wheeler his wife of the first part and Rees Evans of the same
place of the second part. …(The parties of the first part for $770. paid
to them by the party of the second part, the West Moiety or half part of
a certain piece of land heretofore conveyed by Joseph Winter & Mary
his wife to the said Isaac Wheeler, all that part of lot #2 in Cosby’s
manor (see above deed) The said West Moiety or half part
of the above described premises hereby intended to be conveyed contain
35 acres, on road & 33 perches of land.

This indenture, made the 6th day of
June in the year 1829 between Isaac Wheeler of Camden, Oneida Co., NY &
Letitia, his wife of the first part and Daniel Wheeler of the same place
of the second part. The party of the first part for the sum of $300.00
conveyed to the party of the second part, that piece of land in Camden
that is part of lot #22, in the west part of township #8 in Scriba’s Patent,
described as: Beginning at a stake in the middle of the highway that
leads from John Smith’s to Mr. Wheeler’s, running eastward in the middle
of the highway 32 rods to a stake; thence north 21 degrees East 150 rods,
10 links to the north line of the lot, thence north 69 degrees, west 32
rods to the northwest corner of the lot,; thence South 21 degrees
etc. containing 30 ¼ acres.

This indenture made the 6th day of June
1829 between Isaac Wheeler & Letitia, his wife of Camden, Oneida C.
& State of NY of the first part and Daniel Wheeler and Isaac Wheeler
Junior of the same place of the second part. For the sum of $1,600.00,
parties of the first part convey land in the west half of Township
#8, Scriba’s Patent in Camden, lot #22 except 30 ¼ acres from the
northwest corner of said lot sold by said Isaac and his wife to said Daniel,
to the parties of the second part. The part and residue of the lot
hereby conveyed contains 123 ¾ acres.

This indenture, made September 23, 1829 between
Daniel Wheeler and his wife Sophrona Wheeler & Isaac Wheeler Junior
of Camden, Oneida, NY of the first part and Isaac Wheeler of the same place
of the second part. The parties of the first part for the sum of
$1,600.00 sold to the party of the second part, that land in the town of
Camden in the west part of Township #8, lot #22, Scriba’s Patent formerly
owned in parcels by Jane Cady, Philip Cady, David Cady and deeded to the
party of the 2nd part and which the party of the 2nd part heretofore conveyed
to the said parties of the first part and being the same premises on which
the party of the 2nd part now resides containing in the whole 154 acres.
(excepting and reserving to Daniel Wheeler out of the said 154 acres ,
30 acres of land and ¼ of an acre which heretofore has been deeded
to the said Daniel Wheeler by the said Isaac Wheeler the said conveyance
of the said Isaac Wheeler to the said Daniel Wheeler & Isaac Wheeler,
Jr.) the intended conveyed land to contain 123 &3/4 acres.

This Indenture made the 16th day of
October in the year 1829 between Daniel Wheler and his wife Sophrona Wheeler
and Isaac Wheeler Junior of the town of Camden, Oneida County & State
of New York of the first part and Isaac Wheeler of the same place of the
second part. The parties of the first part for the sum of $1,600 paid by
the party of the second part, sold that parcel of land in the town of Camden
in the west part of Township #8, lot #22, Scribas Patent formerly owned
in parcels by Jane Cady, Philip Cady And David Cady and by tem deeded to
the party of the 2nd part, heretofore conveyed to the said parties of the
first part and being the same premises on which the party of the 2nd part
now resides containing 154 acres 9excepting and reserving to Daniel Wheeler
out of the said 154 acres, 30 ¼ acres) thus containing 123 ¾

This Indenture, made 21st day of June 1831 between Isaac Wheeler & Letitia Wheeler his wife of Camden, Oneida of the first part, and Minor Buel of Lee in said county of the second part. The party of the first part, for the sum of $1200.00, sold to the party of the send part, that piece of land in the west part of township #8 in Scribas Patent, in Camden known as lot #22, except 30 ¼ acres from the northwest corner sold by Isaac & wife to Daniel Wheeler. The land sold totals 123 ¾ acres, being the same premises on which the said Isaac now resides. Signed, sealed & delivered in the presence of Jas. Southworth. Recorded on June 25, 1831 by J. H. This indenture, made the 16th day of March 1833 between Benjamin A. McCall and Caroline his wife of the town of Camden, county of Oneida |& State of New York of the first part, and Isaac Wheeler of the same place of the 2nd part. For the sum of $200.00, the party of the first part, sold to the party of the 2nd party, land in Camden, being part of Lot #36 in township #7, George Scriba’s patent, (adjoining land owned by John Dunsbagh) containing about 33 acres. This is subject however to a certain mortgage given by Ashbel Upson to the commissioners of loans for the county of Oneida & state of NY in favor of said state amounting to $162.00 thereabouts. This Indenture made on 6th day of (?) in 18(29?) between Isaac Wheeler of Camden, Oneida Co., NY and Letitia, his wife, of the first part and Daniel Wheeler of the same place of the 2nd part. The parties of the first part for the sum of $300.00, to the party of the 2nd part, that parcel of land lying in lot #22 in the west part of Township #8 in Scriba’s Patent, containing 30 ¼ acres of land. This indenture made 4th day of May 1833 between Daniel Wheeler and Sophrona Wheeler his wife of Camden, Oneida, NY of the first part and Archibald C. Parkinson of the 2nd part. For the sum of $300.00, the party of the first part sold to the party of the 2ndpart, that parcel of land that is part of lot #2 in the west part of township 8 in Scriba’s, consisting of 30 ¼ acres. Book 61, pg. 220.
This indenture made the 27th day of December
1836 between Mindwell Norton of the first part Isaac Wheeler and Joseph
Wheeler , all of the Town of Camden, Oneida, NY of the 2nd part.
The party of the first part, for a sum of #1.00, to her in hand paid by
the pary of 2nd part,has released & quitclaim unto the said party of
the 2nd part all the right , title and interest the said party of the 1st
part has to and in the real estate of Jonathan Norton consisting of part
of Lot #47 in Township #7, Scriba’s Patent, it being a piece of land the
said Jonathan purchased of Abel Upson, deceased, containing about 30 acres.
And all the interest, the said Mindwell has in and to the estate of Susan
Stuart, deceased, consisting of her right and title to the estate of Jonathan
Norton, deceased as above described. And also all the right and title
the said Susan had in and to an acre of land deeded to Cyrus Norton and
the said Susan by Ashbel Upson , deceased, known as the orchard lot, belonging
to the above described lot, being one equal undivided half of said Orchards
Lot. Signed, sealed & delivered in the presence of Ashbel

This indenture made September 10, 1839 between Aurelia Norton of the borough of Jamestown, Chautauqua County, state of New York of the first part and Isaac & Joseph Wheeler of the Town of Camden, Oneica, New York of the 2nd part. The party of the 1st part for the sum of $59.00, sells & quit claims all the right & title Aurelia Norton has in and to the real estate of Jonathon Norton, deceased, and her sister Susan Stuart, deceased; land being part of lot #47, George Scribas Patent, north half of Township #7, town of Camden, Co. of Oneida. This indenture mad the 29th day of March,
1841 between Silvester Norton of the township of Sugar Grove, County of
Warren, state of Pennsylvania of the first part, and Isaac & Joseph
Wheeler of the town of Camden, Co. of Oneida, New York, of the 2nd part.
The party of the 1st part for the sum of $59.00 sold to the parties of
the 2nd part,all the right & title the said Silvester Norton has in
and to the real estate of Jonathan Norton,
deceased,and all the right & title he
has to the real estate of his sister Susan Stuart deceased, it being part
of the farm once owned by Ashbel Upson deceased and purchased by him of
Samuel R. Cleveland. The land is bounded on the north by land owned
by Horatio G. Torbut, on the west by Lyman Curtiss, on South by Stephen
Scovill, on the east by Parsons Allen; being part of lot #47, George Scriba’s
Patent, north half of Township #7, Camden, Oneida, New York. Signed by
John G. Hinkley clerk of Chautauqua County, NY on March 9, 1841.

This indenture, made the 9th day of August 1850, between Allanson Bennett & Amanda, his wife, of the Town of Rome in the County of Oneida of the first part and Isaac Wheeler of the town of Vienna and county aforesaid of the 2nd part. The parties of the 1st part for the sum of $100.00 sell to the party of the 2nd part, all that certain piece of land being a part of Lot #8 in Fish Creek reservation, west side commencing at the corner of land in the possession of Sylvester Earl in 1844, but now owned by said Bennett where the road fence intersects the line of the new Earl lot , thence North along the fence between the road and said Bennett’s Garden toward said Bennett’s house, 50 feet , thence back on a line parallel with the North line of a lot sold by Bennett to said Earl to the division line between said Bennett. Halstead being 50 feet p??? on the road and running back on parallel lines until the line intersects the division line between said Bennetts & Halstead. The said lands hereby conveyed come only to the road in front and are bounded in front on the road. This deed is given in fulfillment of a contract dated the 7th of October 1844.
