To: ALL RETIRED EMPLOYEES
We are attaching herewith an up-to-date list of all individual who have retired from this Division with pension benefits as of June 30, 1959.
We have been requested by Elbert B. Mattoon, President of the Rome Manufacturing Retired Employees Club to remind all members that if they did not pay their annual membership dues of $1.00 at the Sixth (6th) Annual Reunion of Retired Employees on June 30th, that they are now due. These can be mailed directly to Mr. Mattoon or Mr. Enos Eades, Treasurer of the Club, both of whose addressed are listed on the attached list.
We have been informed by Mr. Mattoon that the Annual Membership Dues are put into a flower fund to be used as a remembrance from the Retired Employees Club whenever a paid-up member passes away, and that all employees who retire with pension benefits are eligible to join just as soon as they retire from the Division.
Each of you will be hearing from the Division in 1960 as to the date of the Seventh (7th) Annual Reunion of the Retired Employees. Until then, the best of health and many enjoyable years of retirement. It was nice seeing you all again.
