In the name of God, Amen, I Archable Farr
of the town of Rome Oneida County and State of New York of the age of thiry
eight years and being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare
this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say.
First, I give and devise and bequeath to
my adopted son Francis Edward Farr son of Edward Wildey five hundred dollars,
to be paid to by by the executrix of this will when he becomes of the age
of twenty one years.
Second, I give bequeath and devise all the
residue and remainder of any real estate and personal property of every
[illegible] and nature whatsover to my beloved wife Harriet A. Farr whom
I hereby appoint sole executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby
revoking all former wills by as much [illegible] witness, whereof I have
herewith at my hand and seal [illegible] A.D. 1869.
The above instrument, consisting of [illegible]
was at the date hereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by the said
Archable Farr as and for his last will and testament in presence of us
who at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of each other
have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

Be it remembered, that on the 30th of October
1894 at a Surrogate's Court held in and for the County of Oneida, the within
Last Will of Archibald Farr late which city of Rome in said County, deceased,
was upon due proof admitted to probate as a will valid to pass real and
personal property. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereto set my
hand, and affixed the seal of said Court at the City of Utyica; on this

The last will and testament of WRIGHT
FARNSWORTH of Verona, County of Oneida, and State of New York. Considering
the _______ of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory
do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form
following that is to say.
First, I give and bequeath to my beloved
wife Mary Farnsworth, all of my personal property, also the use of all
my real estate during her life, and at her decease I give and bequeath
to my sister Mary, wife of William Sloak, one half acre of land where his
shanty now stands.
Also I give and bequeath to my eldest son,
Wright Farnsworth, one dollar.
Also I give and bequeath to my eldest daughter,
Mary, wife of John Farnsworth, three acres of land in the same lot at the
northwest end.
Also I give and bequeath to my other daughter,
Frances, wife of DanielStreeter, three acres of land at the southeast end
of the same lot and I give and bequeath to my youngest son, William Farnsworth,
all the residue of my real estate at the decease of my wife.
Hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
Also I hereby appoint my wife Mary Farnsworth and A. S. Dorman sole administrators
and executors of this my last will and testament. In making whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal the seventeenth day of March in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty six.

The People of the State of New York by the
Grace of God free and Independent: To all to whom their accounts shall
come, or may concern, send greeting know---, That at a Surrogates Court
held at Utica in and for Oneida County before Erastus Clark Esq, Surrogate
of our said county- The Last will and Testament of Rozel Fellows Esquire
deceased (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) was proved. And
is now approved and allowed of by us, and the said deceased having whilst
he lived, and at the time of his death. Goods Chattels or benefits within
this State. By means whereof the proving and registering the said Will,
and the granting Administration of all and (?), The said goods chattels
and benefits and also the (?) allowing and final discharging the amount
thereof doth belong unto us: The Administration of all and (?), the goods,
chattels and benefits of the said deceased, and any way concerning his
will is granted unto Molly Fellows (Samuel Dill(?) the executor named having
renamed the execution of said will- Executrix in the said will named she
being first duly sworn well and faith fully to administer the farm, and
to make and exhibit a true and (?) inventory of all and (?) the said good
chattels and benefits, and also to render or just and true amount thereof
when thereunto requires In Testimony whereof, we have (?) the seal of office
of our said Surrogate to be here unto affixed. Witness Erastus Clark Esquire
Surrogate of the said County at Utica the first day of February in the
year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fourteen and of our Independence

I Rozel Fellows of the Town of Rome County
of Oneida and State of New York- being now in a poor State of health as
to my body, but sound in mind. Do make and ppublish in my own handwriting
this my last will and testament.
First I resign my Soul --- the hand of that
being who gave it
2nd My body to the grave-
3rd I give and bequeath to my well beloved
wife Molly Fellows all my real & personal property Upon her paying
to my youngest daughter Roxie the sum of one hundred dollars and also to
Loranda my second daughter one too year old heifer or cow, worth fifteen
dollars and praying (all debts which shall be owing by me at the time of
my decease) for her use and un---tion. While she remains my widow. And
if it should so happen that she should marry again, that the (?) of said
property of so much should remain the sum of one hundred dollars for her
own private use. And if after that any thing should remain the same to
be the property of my youngest daughter Roxe and I do hereby constitute
and appoint Samuel Dill Esquire of the
Town of Rome together with my well beloved
wife Molly Fellows executors of this my last Will and Testament in witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this nineteenth day of September
1807
