Last Will and Testament of Ernst L. Kammrath
As the time will come when God Almighty will
call me from this world,I the undersigned E.L.Kammrath will make and publish
the following as my last will and testament and I hereby revoke any other
or former will and testament I have made.
1/-I hereby authorize and empower my beloved
wife Josephine Kammrath as sole executrix of all my property,real and financial.
2/-I direct her to pay after my death all
my just debts of funeral expenses.
3/-I give to my beloved wife the right to
the use of all that I possess as long as she shall live.She shall have
the interests of the money which I have in the New Banking House in 162-164
Genesee St. I give thereon the bank book to her,and give her the right
to draw money from the capital money when she does need it.I also give
her the right to take possession of any property or money which should
come to me after my death. The bank book which my wife shall have in possession
has the number 29992.
4/-After the death of my beloved wife,the
remainder or the rest of what my wife needed during her life shall be divided
in equal parts to my three children,Carl Fried. Ernst, Louisa Ernestine,and
Auguste Kammrath or their heirs. I truly certify that I was in sound mind
when I made this my last will and testament.

In Testimony Whereof,I have hereunto set
my hand,and affix the seal of said Court;at the City of Utica on this 4th.

In the name of God,Amen.I Josephine Kammrad
of the city of Utica county of Oneida and the state of New York,being of
sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainity of this life,do
therefore make,publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,that
is to say.
First-After all my lawful debts are paid
and dischared I give and bequeath all of my personal property of every
means and nature as follows.
First- That my executor hereinafter named
shall buy a coffin for not less than $100.00.
2nd.-pay $50.00 on a lot in Forest Hill Cemetery.
3rd.-and to pay $50.00 for a head stone for
me.
4th.- I give to my daughter all of my household
furniture now in her possession and $300.00 in payment for my board,lodging
and care for 5 years past.All the rest and remainder of my personal- I
give and bequeath to my three children, Augusta Beyer,Louisa Schmidt and
Charles Kammrad in equal shares to share and share alike.
Likewise I make,constitute, and appoint my
daughter Augusta Beyer of Utica,N.Y. the executrix of this my last will
and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.In witness thereof,I
designate subscribed my name and affix my seal,the third day of September
in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven.

I George Keech of the Town of Western County
of Oneida & State of New York being of sound mind & memory do make
publish & declare this my last Will & Testament in manner following,
that is to say:
First: I give & bequeath to my daughter
Marriet Putnam wife of John Putnam the sum of Three Hundred Dollars to
be paid within one year after my decease.
Second: I give & bequeath to my daughter
Sarah Plato wife of Israel T Plato the sum of Three Hundred Dollars to
be paid within one year after my decease.
Third: I give & bequeath to my daughter
Patience Lodelia Keech wife of George Keech 2nd the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars to be paid within one year after my decease.
Fourth: I give and bequeath to my daughter
Clarissa Gue wive of Jerome V Gue the sum of Three Hundred Dollars to be
paid within one year after my decease.
Fifth: I give & bequeath to my grand
son Sandford Keech son of my daughter Sarah Plato the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to be paid to him on his becoming of the age of twenty one years.
And Lastly I give & bequeath to my wife
Rebecca Keech all the rest residue & remainder of my real & Personal
estate goods chattels of what nature or kind soever during her natural
life & after her decease to be equally divided between my said daughters
they to share and share alike. And I do hereby appoint Jerome V Gue &
George Keech 2nd executors to this my last Will & Testament hereby
revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand & seal on this Thirteenth day of September in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight Hundred & fifty nine.

Last Will and Testament. I Catherine Kennedy,
of Florence Oneida Co. N.Y, do make, ordain, publish and declare this my
last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say.
First, I direct the payment of my just
debts if any and my funeral expenses.
Second. I give and bequeath to my said
husband Patrick Kennedy the use of all my estate real and personal for
and during his natural life, And
3rd After his death I give and bequeath
to my daughter Catherine Billhardt three hundred dollars.
4th I give and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate to my grandson John Kennedy and my son
Thomas Kennedy equally share and share alike.
